Today we signed the contract on Black Bear Lodge.. Now we wait and see if all parties accept our offer. Our Broker tells us that it will be accepted. If so, then on June 1, 2009, we will be the new owners..

Hopefully in May, 2009 we will be the proud owners of the "Black Bear Lodge" in Gatlinburg, Tennessee overlooking the Great Smokey Mountains. This blog was created to journal our times there.
